How do I get started?

How long does the process take from initial contact to landing a job?

The time differs between a highly skilled job and an unskilled job due to different requirements and interview processes. Your WorkatDubai TM recruitment consultant will answer the time-frame question directly as different jobs have different time frames.

How much does it cost?

We do not charge for job applications and placements. However, you will pay a nominal fee of either $150 or $200 depending on what class of jobs you fall into i.e Unskilled Jobs or Skilled Jobs. The is our consultancy charge for the evaluation and rewrite of your Resume, interview prepping, drafting of cover letters amongst others.

Do I have to be present for my interview?

Some niche roles especially the professional ones ( examples include, doctors, nurses, accountants, etc) would require you fly in for an interview. For Semi-skilled Jobs and unskilled jobs, you may have a remote interview with Skype or any other preferred channel by the employer. We would try to make the whole process more seamless for you but please note that based on job specifications, the employer holds the right to request your presence in the UAE.

Who pays for my flight to the UAE after offer letter has been issued?

You bear the cost of your flight to the UAE upon issuance of offer letter. However, Your contract may state that your flight fee will be reimbursed upon arrival at duty post, this is entirely dependent on the Job role and also your contract. This may not be the case for unskilled labor. However, WorkatDubai TM will try to negotiate the best for you.

What will be my working hours?

As stipulated by UAE law, you are to work 8-9 hours a day and working days are 5- 6 with one official rest day as per UAE standards. However, kindly note that a new week starts on Sunday.

How much leave will I get in a year?

You are eligible for 30 calendar days of paid leave as per UAE labour law. Economy round trip tickets to your home country are provided once a year or once every two years according to company policy.

Must I Learn Arabic?

No, however we advise you pick up the language as it would be an added advantage.

Do you have a refund policy?

Yes we do. At WorkatDubai TM, we take pride in the quality of service we offer and we value our relationship with you. We offer a full refund within 72 hours of making payments if you decide not to proceed with our services again. However, after 72 hours, we will offer no refund as our team will set to work immediately on your profile. Starting with reviewing and rewriting your resume to the UAE standards. How do I know that you will get me the job/what guarantee can you give me that you will get me a job?

We guarantee our clients interviews. Once you have successfully joined us we will give our 100% to equip you with the tools and attributes required for you to be "The Candidate". In addition to our consultancy services, we will not only prep you for your interviews, but also provide you with online Master Classes that will facilitate candidature improvements and enhance your skills so that you can ace the interview and get the job.
