Terms of Service

Acceptance

1.1 These Terms and Conditions are between WorkatDubai TM (“the Consultancy”) and the Client. Please read carefully and accept these Terms of Service before using www.workatdubai.com. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the service.

1.2 Upon acceptance of these terms and conditions by the Client, the terms and conditions are irrevocable and can only be amended with the written consent of the Consultancy.

1.3 The Client undertakes to give the Consultancy at least three (3) days’ notice of any change in the Client’s name, address and/or any other change in the Client’s details.

Definitions

2.1 “Consultancy” shall mean WorkatDububai its successors and assigns or any person acting on behalf of and with the authority of WorkatDubai TM

2.2 “Client” shall mean an interested applicant for a temporary, contract or permanent position of employment introduced to potential employers by the Consultancy.

2.3 “Fee” shall mean a percentage or monetary payment, which is payable by the Client to the Consultancy for the services in clause 3 of the terms of service.

2.4 “Services” shall mean all services supplied by WorkatDubai TM to the Client whereby clients are recruited into temporary, contract or permanent employment in line with these terms and conditions and any other advice or recommendations.

Our Offerings.

3.1 Resume Review

At WorkatDubai TM, one of our primary services includes the reviewing and revamping of the clients resume to the UAE standard. This process takes between 2-3 weeks to ensure that the client's resume is fully optimized, paying attention to certain keywords that will give the client an edge other candidates for the job.

*The client must be willing to accept the timeline stated by the consultancy as this service will be delivered according to the stipulated time given.

3.2 Job Application

One of the consultancy’s services is the continuous application for jobs on the client’s behalf until the client lands that dream job. The consultancy provides jobs for skilled and unskilled professionals (Blue and White collar jobs). Depending on the profession and skill level, some jobs may take a lesser or longer time to process than others. Unskilled jobs take between 1-3 months to process while Skilled and Highly paying jobs take between 1-6 months.

*The timelines mentioned above are only estimates and my take longer than stipulated above. The client must be willing to accept This eventuality as this service will be delivered accordingly.

3.3 Salary Negotiation

After the client has acquired a job placement, the consultancy then negotiates on behalf of the client, a befitting and well-deserved salary and benefits packages such as Health insurance, retirement plans, paid vacation and other bonuses.

3.4 Relocation Services

The consultancy provides advisory services for the client’s smooth relocation to the UAE.

*These services are solely advisory as the consultancy is not under any obligation to provide them.

3.5 Visa Services (optional)

The consultancy provides visa advisory services to help the client with the processing of the client’s employment visas and other documents necessary for the relocation.

*The consultancy will not be responsible for any fees needed for the client’s visa application or travel documents.

Fees and Payments

4.1 The consultancy charges a nominal fee of $150 for unskilled to semi-skilled jobs and $200 for skilled jobs.

4.2 The fee covers our consultancy services which includes, career advisory, Resume review and rewrite, cover letter drafting, interview prepping amongst others.

4.3 WorkAtDubai accepts payments via Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in USD for its services. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers. Please review respective merchant service providers terms of service before entering any transaction.

4.4 The client (Cardholder)must retain a copy of the transaction records.

Refund policy

5.1 If after 72 hours of payment the client decides to not proceed with our service, the consultancy will gladly offer a full refund.

5.2 The consultancy will offer no refund after 72 hours as our team would have already begun work for the client.

Requirements

6.1 Our services are open to individuals whom are over 18years of Age.

6.2 The consultancy does not discriminate on gender, race, sexual orientation, religious beliefs or disability.

6.3 The consultancy doesn't provide services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

Clients Responsibilities

7.1 The client is responsible for every cost incurred in their relocation to the UAE including accommodation, visa, and flight tickets. The consultancy will only provide optional advisory services for the above.

7.2 The client will be responsible for all costs incurred for their flight to the UAE for an interview in the case of some skilled or professional job placement.

7.3 The client will be handed a copy of the revised resume for the application of jobs.

Confidentiality

8.1 All information forwarded by the Consultancy from the Client, to potential employers (companies) shall be considered to be strictly private and confidential between the parties involved and cannot be forwarded to any other party unless formal written permission is given, in advance, by the Consultancy.

8.2 Should these conditions be breached by the Client the Consultancy reserves the right to charge the Client a penalty Fee equivalent to the value of the original placement Fee for the Candidate.

Disclaimer

9.1 Any information retained from the client is therefore based on details supplied to the Consultancy and is correct to the best of the Consultancy’s knowledge. The Consultancy accepts no responsibility whatsoever for errors, omissions or incorrect conclusions. In a case where the client has provided false information, the consultancy has a right to terminate the contract with no refund made to the client.

9.2 The Consultancy cannot accept responsibility for any loss or expense incurred due to the Client’s lack of familiarity with any relevant legislation regarding employment of Candidates in the UAE, or as a result of any infringement.

Applicable law

10.1 The laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) shall govern the use of the site and the terms of use as the UAE is our country of domicile

11.1 The Site may automatically produce search results that reference and/or link to third party sites throughout the World Wide Web. The consultancy has no control over these sites or the content within them. The consultancy does not guarantee, represent or warrant that the content contained in the sites is accurate, legal and/or inoffensive. The Consultancy does not endorse the content of any third party site, nor does it make any representation or warranty about these sites, including that they will not contain viruses or otherwise impact your computer. By using the Site to search for or link to another site, you agree and understand that you may not make any claim against WorkAtDubai for any damages or losses, whatsoever, resulting from your use of the Site to obtain search results or to link to another site.
